Welcome to Semperfields, our slice of heaven nestled on 60 acres of beautiful land in Bibbenluke, near the Snowy Mountains in NSW. Since 2014, this has been more than just a home for us - it’s been a place of dreams, hard work, and transformation.​​

When we first arrived from the Northern Territory, we were met with a landscape dominated by noxious weeds and tangled tussocks. However, where others saw a challenge, we saw potential. With dedication and a lot of elbow grease, we’ve turned this land into a thriving, diversified farm.

At Semperfields, we invite you to experience the fruits of our labor. Explore our on-farm shop, where you can find products made from our own lavender and honey, carefully crafted right here on the property.

Visiting in spring? You’re in for a special treat! Springtime at Semperfields is when our adorable White Dorper lambs are born. It’s a wonderful opportunity for visitors to see the lambs up close and learn about our sheep breeding practices.
